Positive: Management is great. Had an issue with the room and they were extremely apologetic and on top of resolving. We’ve now stayed here multiple times — largely due to trusting management is actually competent and committed to providing a good experience. We’ve stayed at other similarly priced hotels nearby and this one’s a hidden gem.
Negative: A couple unhelpful and rude staff (eg we asked to sit for dinner when onsite restaurant was half empty. Initially refused to seat us without reservation. Escalated to management, who immediately solved the issue. Almost everyone in kitchen and bar areas are super nice - really exceptional - just a couple folks who clearly didn’t get basic customer service training and make it a bit less than perfect experience.)
Summary: Becoming our favorite hotel in the north of Israel
