Opposite the Keroman Manor, on the other side of the courtyard,
is the Longère, on two floors, fully restored in 2013,
with its south-facing terrace and its private access, separate from the Manor.
A green space 5 meters wide and 30 m long,
south side, borders the building along its entire length.
The space widens on a 500 m² garden with trees
leading to the private car park and to the access gate to the gîtes.
The entrance to the farmhouse is via the terrace,
in the same open space:
