The open floor plan from kitchen to living room will maximize your time spent with family and friends, and the 'backyard paradise' - complete with outdoor lighting, water fountain, gas grill, mini-fridge and TV - adds to the space available for your enjoyment. This home is fully furnished and stocked with anything you might need during your stay. Features include: fenced in backyard, cable and protected wifi, 48" Smart TV, Play station 2 with Blue-Ray capabilities. Keurig Coffee Maker and laundry room with washer and dryer. If there is anything additional that may help to make your stay more enjoyable, please just ask!
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
2022 UPDATE: Our owners have recently upgraded many features of this home, as we are constantly striving to improve our guest experience. Please enjoy the new décor, complimentary coffee, etc., and thank you to all of our guests for your valuable feedback!
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.
Parking: The driveway can accommodate 3-4 vehicles, on street parking is not allowed.
