The Space:
This apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each. There is street parking available as well as one space in the building’s parking garage included with your stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Our suite is located in a building that serves predominantly as student housing for the local University residents. Due to our proximity to campus and downtown, this building can experience sounds from other residents. Additionally, there is noise from a nearby train that passes close to the property; so this unit may not be the best choice for light sleepers. Despite the lifestyle of the area, we still do not allow gatherings or parties in our units so that we can be respectful of our neighbors.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
The gym is available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if this amenity is not available; whether for routine maintenance or any other issue. Abusing this privilege may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our suite puts you right in the middle of all the action in Louisville. You are a quick walk away from Cardinal Stadium, a multitude of dining options, or just a fun night out on the town. There are also some incredible views of Churchill Downs and Downtown Louisville. Hit local dining spots like Old Louisville Tavern and Wiltshire At The Speed. Is shopping your thing? There's a large variety of local boutiques and stores in the area. Outside of dining and shopping, Louisville also has many outdoor activities. You will definitely want to make it a point to see the Louisville Mega Cavern and the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience. Our home puts you in the best spot to experience the absolute most that Louisville has to offer during your stay!
Getting Around:
Louisville offers public transportation through TARC (Transit Authority of River City). Given the popular location, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible. Already got wheels? Driving by car through Louisville makes it easy to travel from spot to spot. There is also easy access to major interstates like I-64, I-65, and I-71. Louisville also offers a bike share program called LouVelo, and has several stations throughout the city. Louisville also has several attractions that are within a walkable distance, especially when visiting downtown.
