The Space:
This 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Lincoln! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi!
Our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 towels and washcloths each. There is no parking included with this stay, but there is limited metered parking in the area, as well as several different paid parking lots close by.
As a heads up, the building sits close to a few busy roads, so it's possible that you may hear some sounds from vehicle traffic during your stay. Our property is also home to the local University of Nebraska students, and our Husker neighbors can sometimes get excited during game days and other special events. We don't expect this to be an issue during your stay but always want to set proper expectations for our guests!
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Smart TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own log-in and enjoy!
A note about dogs ($75 fee, only dogs are allowed): We welcome your furry friend to join you during your stay, as long as the following rules are followed. Failure to abide by these will result in additional fees and possible eviction without refund: Breed Restrictions: No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, or mixes of these breeds. Weight Restriction: No dogs over 50 lbs. Age Restriction: Minimum 6 months old. Other Restrictions: Must be on a leash at all times, no exceptions. If left alone in the apartment, must be in a kennel/cage at all times. Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your furry friend at all times.
The pool and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Our suite is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, close to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). This suite is situated near the historic Haymarket Square and West Campus. This location provides walkability to most major academic and entertainment areas. Lincoln is home to a wealth of museums and cultural attractions like The University of Nebraska State Museum, The Sunken Gardens, and The Museum of American Speed, plus so much more. The city has an active and vibrant atmosphere. Are you into sports? Memorial Stadium is a short walk away. Is food your thing? Hit local favorites like The Green Gateau, Vincenzo’s Ristorante, Lazlo’s Brewery and Grill - just a few of the many eateries to choose from during your stay. There will be no shortage of things to do while you make your way through Lincoln, Nebraska.
Getting Around:
StarTran is the mass transit system in Lincoln. Buses provide transportation to destinations throughout the city and the outlying area as well. Your best bet for getting around is by car. Having your own car gives you the freedom to travel where you want and when you want. BikeLNK is Lincoln's bike share program, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to rent a bike or a pedal-assist electric bike to travel throughout the city. Bike rentals are also available from the UNL Outdoor Adventures Bike Shop on a daily, weekend, weekly and semester long basis. Choose from single speed bikes, mountain bikes, and touring road bikes. Whether you prefer to use the Bus, rideshare through Lyft or Uber or rent a bike to get around town, you'll get to where you need to be.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.

Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
