A classy and vintage turn-of-the-century brick cottage with newly appointed modern upgrades and furnishings, this unique single family home is all yours! Enjoy a cool morning breeze with a cup of tea or coffee in the front garden or a late afternoon happy hour on the private back patio deck. Rejoice in the convenient access of laundry facilities on-site, a fully appointed kitchen and state-of-the art 65" Smart TV. This home features 1GB GOOGLEFIBER High Speed Internet Service for as many devices you'll need to stay connected. Relish in a restful night's sleep in your queen plush bed with Pimacott cotton sheets and hypo-allergenic pillows in the spacious master bedroom. The second sunny bedroom is outfitted with a cozy queen bed and same high quality bedding. The open space floor plan of the common area features a memory foam queen size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan with remote and light, softly lit reading lamp, and high end furnishings throughout. In winter months, a custom-built storage cubby for snow gear just inside the rear entrance of the home will help keep your equipment dry and ready for your favorite mountain activities.
This single family property with a private front garden and back deck is available to you and registered guests during your stay, no shared spaces! A stacked washer and dryer located off of the kitchen and fully stocked with detergents is available. Please help yourself to the fresh fruit and vegetables growing around the property (seasonal weather permitting) which may include garden vegetables, plums, and herbs. Parking is complimentary, space for two vehicles is available in the rear of this private property and free curbside parking on the street. Please do not enter the basement, attic, locked owners closet, or outdoor shed.

UPON INQUIRY, BOOKING, AND/OR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, GUEST AGREES TO SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT DETAILED BELOW:
1.) No pets allowed on premises.
2.) No smoking inside home; smoking outside home is acceptable as long as you clean up after yourself.
3.) No gatherings or parties of 6 or more outside home. Gatherings up to 10 people inside home is acceptable as long as noise is kept to a reasonable level and does not disturb neighbors.
4.) Respect residential and neighborhood quiet hours from 9pm to 9am overnight.
5.) Damage to property, furnishings, excessive cleaning not covered by basic cleaning fee, missing items from home, lost keys, smoke or pet odors or smoke/pet damage, and any other cost incurred to homeowner due to guest's stay will result in a charge to guest's payment on file to cover losses.
6.) Maximum occupancy is 6 adults for sleeping accommodations. Only the number of registered guests on reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
7.) Homeowner access to property shall be allowed in a reasonable manner to facilitate repairs or inspection with advance notice to guests.
8.) Registered guests and adult friends of guests that will occupy home at any time are required to be 21 years of age or older, with the exception of children of registered guests under the age of 12.
9.) Guest agrees that any personal belongings and/or property brought into home shall be at the sole risk of guest or third party and homeowner shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever due to loss, theft, or damage.
10.) Guest acknowledges that the use of property and amenities such as, but not limited to, grills, decks, kitchen appliances, bicycles, etc. may be potentially dangerous and involve risks, particularly with regard to children, and such use is at guest's own risk. Homeowner shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever due to personal injury.
11.) If registered guests or friends of guests use WIFI network, it is agreed that its use is only for legal purposes and user promises not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.
And finally, please leave our home as clean as you found it; which includes washing your dishes, placing soiled towels in laundry basket, and general tidying up of spaces used including removing spills and crumbs. Please discard open food items from the refrigerator and take all of your belongings with you. Remove trash from all cans and place in appropriate waste containers outside. Close and lock all windows, doors and turn off central HVAC. Notify hosts of departure, and safe travels!

Summary: We enjoyed this well-appointed cottage for a weeklong visit. Centrally located we were no more than 15 minutes from SLC’s key sights. (Caveat: We were surprised by the number of people in obvious distress living on the streets of central SLC—no neighborhood is immune—so walking about can feel uncomfortable.) Salt Lake City Coffee Roasters around the corner is a gem. Went every day. Highly recommend this rental!
