Summary: This is a great city location with walking access to nature, and that was key because it is also dog friendly, but with a very small yard. Not perfectly deep cleaned, but the toilets, showers, sinks, countertops, furniture, and bedding were very clean. No hand towels or hand soap in the bathrooms. A couple broken things, but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable. The host was quick to respond to messages, and would have dropped off what was missing if I'd asked. We used extra bath towels and soap we brought from home. Plenty of TP in each bathroom! The last person to go to bed should plan on sleeping in the downstairs room. There is a vent in the wall and even a mellow conversation going on in the LR is magnified by the stairwell. Industrial earplugs did not even work for me. Once the 2nd floor clears out though, it is the quietest room in the house. The bed is only about 12" off the floor, but very comfortable. Because of the height, it was hard to keep the dog from trying to snuggle into bed with us the first night even though we had brought his bed, but I promise all homeowners and managers no dogs on the furniture, plus we don't like waking up to dog breath! All the bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen is large, with very large fridge, plenty of pots and pans, spatulas, knives, cups, dishes etc. An Insta brand coffee machine that takes 2 types of pods and about 10 pods with 3 brands of coffee available. Also some teabags, but no teapot or kettle. No dog bowl. There were paper towels, a brand new sponge, and plenty of dishwasher pods. Despite being dog friendly, there was no fur on the furniture, and we appreciate that. We work hard to leave a place pet hair and poop free. We would stay again.
