Incredible 6-bedroom riverside holiday home featuring a hot tub and games room! This fabulous accommodation is located on Norwich’s River Yare, boasting river views and even its own private mooring. Just 30-minutes by foot to Norwich City centre this holiday home offers the convenience of the city combined with the peace and tranquillity of a riverside property.
Hosting up to 12 guests, Four Seasons offers a family fun environment which features a hot tub, table tennis table, football table and more!
Pets are most welcome with prior agreement.
THE SPACE
A fantastic home offering luxury living and scenic views. Located on the beauty of The River Yare this property benefits from a large riverside garden, with its own hot tub!
A large fully equipped kitchen is available with a wide array of utensils, amenities, crockery, and cutlery. There’s a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine located in a separate utility room. The kitchen features a smaller dining table available which offers seating for up to 8 guests with large windows offering views of the garden. Perfect for breakfasts and light-lunches!
The full-sized dining table which seats 12 guests is located in a separate room just off from the kitchen. A huge dining area which makes for a terrific space for evening meals with family and friends.
On the other side of the kitchen there is a conservatory, ideal for relaxing in the warmer months with ample comfortable seating and coffee tables.
The living area features a modern inside wood burner, comfortable sofas and a flat screen television.
There’s one single bedroom on the ground floor, which has an additional futon bed which can be made up to extend the occupancy to 12 people. (Please let us know at the time of booking if you will require the futon bed to be made up.)
One family bathroom is available on the ground floor featuring a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. There is a second family bathroom upstairs, with 2 of the bedrooms featuring their own ensuites.
On the first floor, there are 5 fantastic bedrooms including 1 super king, 2 king-sized beds and 2 twin rooms. The master bedroom offers a smart television, PS4 and ensuite including a luxurious large bath!
Three of the bedrooms offer direct access onto the large balcony which goes along the rear of the property, which offers a huge space for relaxing with stunning views of the garden and river!
Other features from the bedrooms include a juliet balcony, with another bedroom offering a ground-to-ceiling window right in front of the bed!
This property offers ample space inside and out for family fun, with even it’s own games room on offer! Boasting a full-sized table tennis table, a football table and numerous games and sports kits including a badminton court and rackets.
