Robbins Rest Cabin is an upgraded 70's cabin in Pine Cove, Idyllwild's highest and most secluded area. Just 5 to 10 mins drive to epic hiking trails and downtown, make it easy to get out and explore.
This mile-high mountain chic retreat is the perfect getaway for couples, friends, and families. Ponderosa Pines are what you'll see out of every window, reminding you that you are in beautiful Idyllwild.
Inside the cabin is one floor open layout with spacious living area and kitchen. Upgraded deluxe bathroom with clawfoot tub. Contemporary chic birchwood bedrooms. Wrap around deck with forest and meadow views. Two desks for WFC (work-from-cabin) if you gotta work.
Robbins Rest Cabin is ready for entertainment with games, 75" Roku TV, two record players, pellet stove, hammocks, children's climbing playground, BBQ, fire-pit, wrap-around deck with table, and open-air deck lounge. In a fully stocked kitchen that is ready for your chef skills, with a large dining table and a plush bench, window box, nook to enjoy the forest views.
Kitchen:
Open to the living room, the dining table fits 4-6 people comfortably. Stocked kitchen includes: coffee maker, fresh beans, spices, oil & vinegar, cute dishes, glassware, and more. If you love cooking, you’ll be happy to find an assortment of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
As the sign says, this kitchen is for dancing, so the record player lives here.
Living room:
Open and airy to the kitchen. Comfy sectional sofa, recliner, accent chair and ottoman. Games and books live in the cabinet below the huge 75" Roku TV. Pellet stove is great in winter months and makes the cabin feel extra cozy and it's easy to use. Our main heater is in the living room and can heat the whole place.
Bedrooms:
Robbins Rest has all new beds, bedding, and pillows! Fans in each room, and a portable heaters for chillier nights.
Main bedroom has super comfy king bed, along with a TV for your streaming, and a desk for your working. If you are WFC - our internet is wicked fast.
Other two bedrooms have double beds with gel memory-foam toppers that keep you cool. Far corner bedroom has a fab murphy-desk that folds up if you need to not think about work, and would rather have more space.
Bathroom:
Deluxe. Rain shower, clawfoot tub, low-flow toilet, heater. Oh yeah.
Outdoors/Wrap around deck:
Our cabin is truly a gateway to nature. Enjoy the wonder that is a serine meadow and forest view from our back deck that boasts a lovely dining table and lounge area; equipped with a propane grill.
Down below you’ll find RR Camp, featuring a cozy string light lit fire-pit area and a 2 person hammock.
