The Florida Dream Villa is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two master suites). The Home features a large Pool & Spa with a spacious "sun deck" backing to a nature conservation area with lot's of privacy. The pool get's plenty of sun but there is also a shaded dining area with a gas BBQ Grill. There is also a charcoal grill beyond the pool area. The home has a Family room with Large Flat Screen HDTV with DVD player - TV's in every bedroom a game room with a Pool Table - Foose Ball Table and Dart Board. It also includes free High Speed Wireless Internet. The large family room has a combo living room, dining room and Kitchen with Breakfast bar for great family gatherings. Two large King Master bedrooms have TV's and en-suite bathrooms with garden tubs and walk in showers. There is a twin guest room with two twin beds and a TV and a hall bath with shower and tub. The Kids "Dream" room sleeps 4 with bunk beds that have a double bottom bunk and a single top bunk and a slide out single bed along with a TV and Playstation2. The sofa also folds out to a queen size bed. The home comfortable sleeps 11 + a baby - For the younger guests there is a Pack-N-Play, high chair and stroller.
Pool heat is available upon request for an additional daily amount
