Positive: Mandy was very responsive. We had no issues with the property, easy access, lovely holiday park with a added bonus of a pool and we enjoyed our time at Flip Flop tremendously. We would definitely book again. We were left some essentials - cleaning products, tea coffee which was lovely. The diffuser in the lounge was a nice welcome.

Summary: Flip Flop catered to all our needs, lovely holiday park and our host, Mandy, was excellent.
