Positive: The apartment was as advertised. We didn't get any less than expected. Everything worked fine, it was clean, the kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking, the cleaning supplies were adequate, the beds were comfy, the host was responsive to my questions, the place was quiet with a lovely view, and we found it easy to get there, park, and get in. It was clearly built in the 1980s and it shows, but that is fine with us, the beds and mattresses and induction stove aren't old.
Negative: We had no complaints except one (below), but be aware that everything is small. We were 4 and we needed to take care in moving around. I'm the tallest at 1m80 (nearly 6 feet) and I would not recommend the place for taller people, as it will be difficult to move op and down the stairs and around the table, and the beds won't be large enough. We didn't mind because the size is as advertised, but you need to be aware of this. The toilet seat needs to be replaced with one that doesn't move around when you sit on it.
Summary: Small, but convenient, with everything we needed.
