There is a construction site both sides of the property and we just wanted to be transparent to guests. The major excavation works have been completed and they are during the build stage. This may or may not be disturbing to guests hence we want to be transparent and upfront for any booking who wishes to proceed. Please note we cannot refund if there is noise after check-in and we do ask that guests discuss this upfront so it doesnt affect the propertys amazing reviews.
