Come enjoy our newly decorated beach cottage just a short stroll (2 - 3 minutes) away from the Gulf of Mexico. We are located near the entrance to the neighborhood directly across from the deeded beach access and just houses away from the community pool. Located off of Scenic Hwy 30A along the fabulous emerald waters and white sandy beaches, we are situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and a short drive or bike ride to great shopping and fabulous restaurants.
Our cottage features an open living area and a large flat screen TV. A dining area that can accommodate 6 along with 3 barstools at the counter. We offer Wi-Fi and have games and movies to enjoy with your family.
The Master Suite has a plush King Bed and its own balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets as you sip your tropical evening cocktail. The Guest Suite houses a fabulous queen bed and attached bath and a bunk room next door just waiting for kids to enjoy the spunky decor. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.

Summary: Well maintained and stocked house. The shed had 3 bikes , and 4 beach chairs along with several beach toys, boards etc. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking needs , storage etc.. Outside there was a Weber charcoals grill and in our case plenty of leftover charcoal and lighter fluid. Everyone liked their beds. The master had a comfortable memory foam topper and I think that was in every room but not totally sure about that. The host was very responsive to any questions or requests we had and was very nice. We have rented 3 different floor plans in the magnolia cottages and for our needs this was the best! We will definitely return.
