Welcome to our centrally located, small farmhouse with high style, high tech, and plush comfort. We are freshly furnished, and fully remodeled with high wood-beam ceilings and an open concept living-dining-kitchen area. Two cozy bedrooms, a living room featuring custom barn doors and deep couches; and a media room with a wow-worthy 85” tv. Our kitchen is well appointed and fully equipped. 472 Finley is a very short walk from Lincoln Way restaurants and shops, yet only minutes from hiking, biking and whitewater options on the river. Enjoy your morning coffee on us, while relaxing in a swing chair under a giant oak, in our large open back yard stretching all the way to Auburn’s train tracks.
What’s high tech? Besides an all new appliance suite, new HVAC furnace and on-demand water heater, our home also comes with wifi+Eero range extender, Schlage keyless entry, a Nest system (doorbell, thermostat, CO detectors). LED lights, a Toto washlet, an electric towel warmer, and remote controlled ceiling fans in every room.
What’s high style? Our cozy bedrooms come w queen Casper mattresses. We offer both a platform and a boxspring bed. Both rooms have blackout curtains, closets with hangers, suitcase racks and extra blankets. Ten pillows (of five types) to choose from, each with allergen barrier casings. We also offer a down; and a down-alternative duvet blanket.
Breakfast? Our Thomasville kitchen features soft close drawers, quartz countertops, marble floors, pull-down spray faucet with soap dispenser; and a custom counter-height dining table. Our gas range has a center flat griddle! Fully stocked shelves: cookware, professional pots and pans, coffee maker w free pods, plug-in tea kettle with tea bags, toaster, blender, zester, squeezer, bottle opener, peeler, prep bowls, sharp knives, pizza and baking sheets, and a bar cart on wheels! Seriously. In addition to spices, sugar packets and olive oil, we also stocked paper plates/cups, food storage containers and ziplock bags.
If you are looking for outdoor fun, we have local guide books on hiking trails, swim holes and backroads/4 wheel drive trails. We have a gas bbq on our patio, we offer beach towels and patio blankets, and we have a washer/dryer with complimentary Tide pods in the garage. For indoor days, bring your passwords or your peripherals (apple tv, roku, fire stick), we have an 85" Samsung smart tv loaded with apps, so you can continue watching your favorites, enjoying the 5.1 surround sound.
