The salt pool, measuring 9m x 5m and with a depth of between 1.2m and 1.7m, is the star of this dream home. Surrounded by a terrace with nine sunbeds and an outdoor shower, it is an ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Several terraces invite you to have an outdoor barbecue and eat with the whole family. The children enjoy playing in the garden, while the adults have a game of petanque. This spectacular house is totally private and has no direct neighbours. On the ground floor, a comfortable and spacious living-dining room invites you to spend time with the family, perhaps while watching a movie on the satellite TV. The kitchen with another dining table has all the utensils to prepare a feast, including a gas and vitro-ceramic cooker. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, two bathrooms with shower and a toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with one double bed each and one with two single beds, three of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower each. In addition, there is a separate shower room upstairs. The upstairs room has a small gymnasium. We can provide up to two cots and two high chairs on request. Five fans complete the equipment. The owner cares about the environment and has installed solar panels. In the town of Manacor you will find everything you need for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
