This small cottage is located in the Nublo Rural Park at an altitude of 1,600 m above sea level, surrounded by nature and trees, in the highest part of the island, in the heart of Gran Canaria. It is a totally unique place.
In front of it stretches an imposing volcanic landscape in which stands out the lofty Roque Nublo, a 90-metre high monolith, symbol of the island and which gives its name to the park. Opposite, the beautiful Roque Bentayga, a place of ancestral ceremonies of the primitive inhabitants of the island.
The views are extraordinary, with magical moments of changing light and surprisingly beautiful sunsets.
It is an absolutely peaceful and quiet place (you can only hear the wind through the trees when it blows), and the birds, ideal for nature lovers and especially for hiking enthusiasts. It is also a good place for stargazing.
This cottage is suitable for two persons. The bedroom is composed of two large single beds, toilet, washbasin and shower/turkish bath with shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and two bathrobes.
The living room, glazed and with a well-equipped kitchenette, opens onto a panoramic terrace with wide views, has a table, two chairs and a parasol, where you can sit and relax.
There is a TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi and two sun loungers. The water is excellent and comes from a nearby natural drinking fountain, and the cabin is made of wood, so it has excellent thermal conditions. There are also two electric heaters.
Its own territory is about 500 m2 and it is completely fenced.
In its surroundings there is only the main house, usually used by the owner of the property. It has its own access, directly from the adjoining country road, which is a road up to this point.
This road is one of the many old royal roads that cross the whole island and converge at the Cruz de Tejeda, 1.3 km away, and the cottage is non-smoking. As it is a forest area, it is forbidden to light fires outside. Your pets are also welcome, they are sure to have a great time.
