6 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Parking and Pool

Perfect escape from city life & yet only 30 minutes away from Houston.
Guests stay at the "Back House" which has 6 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, huge game room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, a newly added outdoor kitchen w/ fridge, sink and island. Cable & Roku, Outdoor TVs by pool, personal sauna, foosball and ping pong.
NOTE:
Extra charge of $75 to heat the hot tub for 3 hours or $480/day. Sorry, it's expensive but the gas is crazy high and it uses propane!
The jets are free!
No parties.

House Rules
Guests will be required to read and honor the House Rules and rental agreement.

No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance.

Summary: The house was very accommodating for our football team. There was everything we needed in the house and enough food and stores close enough to the house that we didn’t have to do much movement.The house was clean and equipped with all the cooking utensils that we needed
