Positive: Well modernised, great location for walks with dogs. Kitchen has everything you need. Lots of board games and books on hand. Issue with boiler was dealt with immediately on Xmas eve.

Summary: Lovely Christmas stay, decorations were up to make it feel like Christmas too.
