On the main level, you'll find a spacious open-plan area that seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining space, and living room. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for home-cooked meals and gatherings. The living room invites relaxation with its wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a TV for your entertainment. Step outside onto the wrap-around porch to enjoy the great outdoors, complete with a fire table, ample seating, and an outdoor dining set ideal for al fresco meals.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a serene retreat with its own ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and tub combo. Enjoy private moments on the master bedroom's exclusive deck, or unwind with a private TV.
The lower level provides additional space for everyone to spread out. A second living area, complete with seating and a TV, ensures everyone can relax comfortably. The second bedroom, also on this level, is perfect for kids or guests with its two twin beds, access to the lowest deck, and a second ensuite bathroom.
Whether you're gathering with family or escaping for a peaceful solo retreat, Fern Hollow offers comfort and seclusion in a picturesque wooded setting.
Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- This home accepts two mature, well-trained dogs with a $25 per day, per dog plus tax for pet rent. Please keep dogs off the furniture and crate them when left alone.
- Firewood for the indoor wood-burning fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Flat, gravel parking area for up to 2 small/medium vehicles
- Returning guests to this home may receive a 10% discount off the rent (not to be stacked with other discounts).
- The roads leading to this home are gravel and pretty easy to navigate year-round. During the winter months and/or in times of inclement weather (snow or ice) guests are expected to be prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Chains may also be necessary.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
