Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Es wird im Erdgeschoss über ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer betreten.
Von dort gelangt man in das Esszimmer, dass auch an die Terrasse und die Küche angrenzt.
Die teilweise überdachte Terrasse bietet großzügig Platz.

Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Von den zwei Schlafzimmern aus lädt ein großzügiger Balkon, der sich über der Terrasse befindet, zum Verweilen ein. Im dritten Schlafraum findet sich ein Einzelbett. Im Obergeschoss liegt auch das Duschbad.
Weiterhin kann dort im großzügigen Vorraum zu den Zimmern, auch ein Schreibtisch genutzt werden.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Park. Zwei Cafés, vor denen man auch im Freien am Tisch sitzen kann, erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
In der Nähe finden sich auch einige Restaurants und zwei Supermärkte. Neben einem Supermarkt befindet sich ein Waschsalon. Mit dem PKW sind es 12 Minuten zum Strand, der Praia de Faro. In 8 Minuten gelangt man mit dem Auto zum großen Wochenmarkt, dem Mercado Municipal, wo sich neben den südländischen Gemüsen und Früchten auch eine große Variation an frischem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten aus dem Atlantik geboten wird. In 8 Minuten gelangt man mit dem Auto auch zur Fußgängerzone am kleinen Hafen- Doc mit dem Park Jardim. Zu der Fußgängerzone gibt es weiterhin eine Busverbindung.
Wer gerne in der historischen Altstadt spazieren geht, kann mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten auf dem großen Parkplatz des Largo de Sao Francisco, angrenzend an den antiken Stadtmauern parken und zu Fuß in die antike Altstadt gehen. Dort befindet sich das Museum Municipal, ein ehemaliges Kloster. Dort ist die Historie Faros beginnend mit der Zeit, der Römer ausgestellt. Nebenan findet sich der Largo da Se mit der Kathedrale und seinen Park-Orangenbäumen. Darüber hinaus laden in der Umgebung viele portugiesische Restaurants mit Außenterrasse zum Verweilen ein.
Auch gelangt man weiter zur nahen gelegenen Fußgängerzone mit attraktiven Restaurants, Cafés und vielen kleinen Geschäften spazieren.
Faro grenzt an die Laguna Ria Formosa, einem rund 60 km langen Naturpark an. Zwischen Festland und der Ria Formosa, sind fünf Inseln vorgelagert, die durch sechs Buchten mit dem Meer verbunden sind. Wanderwege führen an der Ria Formosa entlang zu Flamingos und anderen Wasservögeln.
Neben dem Hafen- Doc kann man sich mit der Fähre zum Strand auf die Insel der Ilha Praia de Faro oder dem Strand der Insel Ilha Deserta fahren lassen.
Daneben gibt es auch die Möglichkeit private Bootstouren wahr zu nehmen, z. B. einen Katamaran für einen Tagesausflug oder auch mehrere Tage mit Skipper zu mieten. Es ist wunderbar hier die maritimen kulinarischen Genüsse kennen zu lernen und vom Boot aus im Meer baden zu gehen.
