Das ruhige Ferienhaus auf Föhr liegt am Südstrand der Insel im Ortsteil Goting von Nieblum, unweit des Goting Kliff, 7 km von Wyk entfernt. Bis zum Strand geht man nur ca. 150 m. Vom ausgebauten Dachgeschoss hat man einen herrlichen Blick Richtung Südstrand und auf die Insel Amrum. Hunde dürfen mitgebracht werden. Ihr Aufenthalt ist aber nur im Erdgeschoss gestattet. Bitte Hunde bitte bei der Buchung mit angeben. Das Haus ist ein Nichtraucherhaus.
Zum Haus gehören im Erdgeschoss ein ca 25m² großes, komplett eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 getrennt stehenden Betten und eingebauten Schränken ein Bad mit Dusche und Fön und ein separates WC, eine Küchenzeile mit E-Herd, Backofen, Grill, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit ***Gefrierfach. Ein Toaster und ein Heißwasserkocher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine zur kostenlosen Nutzung befindet sich in einem separaten, abschließbaren Wirtschaftsraum. Das im Haus vorhandene Telefon steht Ihnen für Gespräche in das deutsche Festnetz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Alle anderen Gespräche werden nachträglich von uns mit Ihnen abgerechnet, Das Ferienhaus ist über W-LAN an das Internet angebunden. Dieser Zugang ist für Sie ebenfalls kostenlos. Im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss – rund 50 m² – befinden sich 2 Betten, Farbfernseher mit Satellitenempfang, Stereoanlage und ein DVD-Player. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet. Geschirr, Gläser, Bestecke sowie Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher sind bitte mitzubringen. Vom Wohnbereich kann man direkt auf die windgeschützte Terrasse treten. Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einer 500 m² großen Rasenfläche. Sie ist durch eine Thuja-Hecke vor Blicken von außen geschützt. Ihren Pkw können Sie auf dem Grundstück hinter dem Haus abstellen. Gartenmöbel und Fahrräder, die auf eigene Gefahr benutzt werden können, befinden sich in einem abschließbaren Abstellraum direkt am Haus.
