The space
Simple and comfortable bungalow style home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. I also have a hot tub in the garage lounge area that is available for use. No pets allowed in the hot tub.
Guest access
All areas of the house and yard. I will have a utility room blocked off.
Other things to note
If you have pets, an extra cleaning fee will be requested. $40 for 1 night and $50 for more than 1 night.
Late checkouts result in $50 for each additional 30 minutes past checkout time unless previously arranged with host. (Example: checkout at 12:00 pm results in a $200 late checkout fee)
I do not allow parties at this property. However, if you're planning a small gathering for more than 5 registered guests for your booking, please ask in advance to get host's approval. Total guests must be less than 10 people. If more than the allotted number of guests are on the property without first obtaining host's approval, guests will be charged $500 and booking will be canceled. No refunds will be given. For any unsanctioned gathering or party, guests will not be allowed further use of the property, be asked to leave, and also charged $500.
