4 Bedroom Villa with Parking, Security and Sports

Villa Maria is located in Vale de Centianes, Algarve, Portugal, between picturesque Carvoeiro and the small fishing village of Benagil.
This stunning villa is close to the cliffs. A 90 second walk and you have spectacular views for miles along the coast to Praia da Rocha and beyond to Lagos, overlooking the Blue Flag beach, Praia do Vale de Centianes. On this spectacular beach there are sun loungers, parasols, boats, parking, a lifeguard and Restaurant O'Stop with its magnificent sea views. And all just a 5 minute walk away! And less than 5 minutes drive is Benagil with its baeutiful beach and world famous caves.
You can walk for miles along the cliffs in both directions enjoying the stunning sea views. The sea is turquoise, the sand golden, the sandstone cliffs red and the sky blue, making it all so relaxing and colourful with beautiful birds.
The newly decorated Villa Maria has four large bedrooms and bathrooms, three with walk in wet room / showers. All bedrooms have quiet air conditioning (extra cost) with silent Hunter ceiling fans. There are queen size double beds. All beds are dreams and very comfortable. Each room has its own hairdryer and one has curling iron. In addition, there are two baby cots. High chairs are also provided free of charge.
The upstairs bedrooms open onto terraces with sea views and one downstairs bedroom has doors to the garden and the new swimming pool. There is a pool shower, an outdoor toilet and a Portuguese brick barbecue with chimney. There is also a table tennis. Built in 1990, this villa has just been modernised with double glazing and electric shutters. One press and every blind opens or closes!
The bathrooms, bedrooms and fittings are all new and finished to a very high luxury standard.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and coffee machine. There are UK, German, French and Spanish channels on the satellite TV system along with a good range of German and English books.
The lounge TV is a Samsung LED with a DVD player and Playstation PS3 (bring your own games). The lounge also has an iPod dock, free internet access and Wii fit. The master bedroom has an LED TV and Freesat box.
From the roof terrace you have sweeping sea views down the coast to Portimão and on to Alvor and Lagos. The plot, about 1200m², is surrounded by a wall and is landscaped with palm trees, tropical plants and lawns - suitable for children. Villa Maria is the ideal holiday villa for the extended family. Please note that the swimming pool is not fenced. There is lockable off street parking for two cars and garage parking is available at an additional cost for prestige cars.
