Family home with large garden, swimming pool, wood fired hot tub, sauna and yoga studio in quiet village near Totnes. 4 bedrooms including a separate annex with en-suite and kitchenette.
Quiet village surrounded by lovely Devon countryside. The village has a small post office and shop, a playground, a church, and a petrol garage. There are walks and cycle rides nearby, and plenty of beaches and moorland within 30 mins drive.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The living room has a smart TV.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a single bed that can fold out to a double bed. This is an ideal kids room with toys and books.
The third large bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains two twin beds that can be connected to make a king sized bed. It has a small kitchenette, a TV and an en suite shower room and toilet.
There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink.

There is a large garden with pool, wood fired got tub, a sauna hut, a slide and swings.
