Our family-friendly semi-detached house in a historic country house is located on the beautiful Geltinger bay near Gelting. In the approximately 5000m ² large garden and the comfortable house you can relax and leave the everyday life behind. Only 10 minutes by bike to the Baltic Sea. The most beautiful holiday destinations, places and beaches can be reached very quickly due to the central location. The fantastic nature of the Geltinger bay with the nature reserve Geltinger Birk are a worthwhile destination in every season. The house was modern and furnished with great attention to detail! Arrive and switch off ... this motto fits wonderfully on our semi-detached house in a secluded location near the Baltic Sea, with its approximately 5000m ² garden a real (green) oasis for everyone! Through the newly designed conservatory with seating, you get directly into the inviting residential building in which on 120m ² enough space and comfort for well-being for up to 5 people was created.
In the living area, a cozy sofa set invites you to relax and the historic fireplace has been lovingly restored and is available on cool days gladly available - a real highlight!
The adjoining dining area offers great views of the lush garden, while the freshly cooked food from the state-of-the-art kitchen can be enjoyed next door. Here was thought of all (technical) amenities, so home cooks get their money's worth! Upstairs are available for the good night's sleep after an eventful day in the region three bedrooms: two with a large 180x200cm double bed and another with cozy 90x200cm single bed, and a baby travel cot. In addition to a guest toilet on the ground floor, upstairs is also a bright bathroom with shower tray to start fresh in the morning. The media facilities in the house with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and music system for pleasant entertainment. Alternatively, you can also take an exciting book from the in-house holiday library and just forget about everyday life.
Also for our little guests is taken care of. On the large football field our little guests can let off steam while you can enjoy the sunbeams on the loungers or on the seats.
