Walk into this light and bright, open, 6200 sqft property and see directly into the backyard with ocean and mountain views . One bedroom downstairs with en-suite bathroom. Next to the garage is a laundry room with updated washer and dryer and is fully equipped with essentials. Also downstairs are the family (with 80” curved led tv and plenty of reclining/rocking seating), living room, dining room, guest bathroom and theater (with velvet ropes, red carpet, theater lighting, projector with 120” screen, reclining theater seats, cable tv with premium channels, and every streaming service imaginable). Kitchen is open to family room, has Viking appliances, double oven, 6 burner stove, toaster, seating area, air fryer, keurig, nespresso, vitamix blender, pots/pans, plates, silverware and is fully stocked with everything else you will need. Walk up the beautiful winding staircase to get to 4 more rooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two have a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. At the end of the hall is the primary which has spectacular views of mountains and ocean. Each side of the master has its own bathroom and large walk in closets. One of the bathrooms off the primary has a jacuzzi bathtub overlooking the ocean. The office is also off the primary where you can work while looking out at the ocean while connected with Gigabit speeds. WiFi covers the entire property and has excellent reception everywhere. A second private playground and dog park (the only one in the area) is also available with this property.
