We now have the ability to sleep up to 14 guests!:
*There are two additional loft apartments\bunk rooms that sleep up to 4 each with full bathrooms and kitchenettes. We love being able to accommodate larger groups and give our guests more room to spread out and enjoy this truly unique property.
*over 6 guests, you must rent one or both additional rooms to accommodate your group. (6 max downstairs suite, 4 max for upstairs adjoining apartment, 4 max for downstairs adjoining apartment).
*EACH apartment is $175+tax\per night with a $40 cleaning fee for each. Charges will be added when we determine your group size and plans for stay.
*Please be in touch if you're and I'll gladly send you pictures of our newly expanded spaces...I cannot figure out how to upload the new pictures to our site😊
Gatherings and small events: ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
*All gatherings, parties and events(even if it's just 6 people) MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there are extra fees and rules...NO, you may not have any type of WEDDING, PARTY or GATHERING for free. Quote\prices will be determined after all details are discussed.
*We have a lot of amenities and supplies that are included in our prices...we try and provide you with almost everything you need for your special day and celebrations so you don't need to deal with a bunch of vendors 💚
PETS:
We absolutely love animals BUT we have house rules that we expect to be followed. There will be extra fees charged otherwise.
*It is a $50 PER dog fur fee and prefer no more than 2 dogs
*No pets allowed on bedding or furniture
*The pet bathroom is in the FRONT of the house (NOT ON THE LAWN) there's plenty of potty space in the field. And you still have to clean up after your let even though it's a ranch!
*Please sweep at least once a day.
HOUSE RULES: this does not mean that we aren't fun people or crazy strict...it just means that we expect our guests to be respectful and responsible 😊
*Please don't bring loud speakers and music needs to be down by 10pm
*Quiet house by 10pm please
*No extra guests or visitors unless approved by host(extra fees do apply (if applicable) if approved).
*PLEASE Keep counters wiped down and food put away... unless you like ants😊.
*No fires in the large fire pit during the dry months. We have a chiminea for small fires and must be attended at all times.
Welcome to Quicksilver Ranch-Lodge! This is a beautiful piece of the Central Coast that we would love to share with you. At the top of Prefumo Canyon we have a rustic barn, turned beautiful lodge. It's a very large open space with two other apartments that may also be rented out in conjunction with our beautiful downstairs suite.
Main large suite:
There is one bedroom (queen bed) tucked behind a sliding barn door and a pull out couch(queen bed) in the entertainment room that also has a large sliding barn door for privacy, and a sleeping loft(queen bed) for guests 12 and older. There is a large flat screen(smart tv) with cable and Netflix. Double sink bathroom and the shower has two shower heads. There is a full kitchen that is stocked with pots, pans and whatever you need to cook up a nice meal. The dining room and living room face a glass wall that can roll up with the touch of a button, showing the native landscape and incredible views. Stepping out from there is a patio and walkway out to a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows. We recently added a spacious deck out back that is nice for outdoor dining, lounging and great room for the kiddos to play. There are fun little touches to our decor...the doors to the rooms are old barn doors and there are country antiques here and there that bring you back to a different time. This is a friendly and comfortable space we hope you come and ENJOY!
