4 Bedroom House with Laundry and Air Conditioner
Built in 1946, this historic and charming home is spacious with a huge backyard perfect for big cookout! Our home is completely redecorated and features a 400+ square foot tiny house in the backyard. This newly renovated home is modern and located in a trendy area with so much to do! Less than 10 minutes away from Bishop’s Art District, check out some of our favorite places nearby to eat such as Paradiso and Oddfellows! Get all the benefits of being close to Dallas without the traffic or noise!
As you enter this cozy cottage, you are greeted by beautiful natural lighting that comes in through the well-decorated living room in the day. Kick back and relax while watching the news or the game on the Smart TV located in the cool toned living space! Fully renovated, the open kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal and includes a gas stove and all the seasonings perfect for at-home chefs! The dining table seats 6. For those who need a pick me up cup of coffee, the coffee station is located in the kitchen for your convenience!
Get some restful nights in each bedroom which features oh so comfy queen beds and some dedicated work-spaces. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with TV’s so you can watch your favorite shows from the comfort of your bed! Start and end your days with any of the three full bathrooms that are stocked with the basic complimentary necessities and two of which feature stand-in showers and one that features a shower/tub combination.
The spacious backyard features a custom pergola/deck with string lights which provides more than enough shade in the summertime! The outdoor dining table seats 6 and is perfect for family feasts. The fire pit provides amazing ambient lighting in the afternoon during the summer, and is perfect to cozy up next to and make smores in the winter and fall months! The backyard also features two big benches that surround the firepit and seats 12 people easily. The outdoor space heater is especially useful during the cold months. Take advantage of the outdoor grill and barbecue to your heart's desire! Our backyard and common areas are spacious and great for entertaining family and friends.
However, parties and events are not allowed at our listing. Please be transparent about your plans, we prefer to be honest about what we can and cannot host.
This is your house while you are there. However, please refrain from entering the attic or locked supply closets. If you have any trash please put it in the trash bin that is located just outside the back door. Please be cautious when using the fire pit. There is ample parking to accommodate 5 to 6 cars depending on the size but it is a one-way deep driveway.
Please note we do have cameras on the outside of the home and in the living room area. There will be a $1000 fine for each camera that is blocked, moved or taken offline. Although you're welcome to be in the backyard, noise carries. During weekdays we ask that all events are brought inside by 10:00 pm and midnight on Weekends. If our neighbor calls the police or us about a noise issue then it will be a $200 charge. Please follow the rules and hours provided to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, thank you!
Three House rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
