This cozy little shack has a relaxing coastal theme and is only a few minutes walk to popular Falcon Bay. Relax and wind down in this 3 bedroom accommodation that is surrounded by beautiful beaches to suit everyone's lifestyle - swimming & water sport beaches, surfing beaches and even a dog beach.

3rd Bedroom - 1 x Queen and 1 x Single (bunk - see photos)

Kitchen/Dining, enclosed sleep out with fireplace and outdoor dining setting, large backyard with ample space to park the boat, or play a game of cricket and kick the footy.
Front veranda with large day bed to relax and enjoy a drink, while reading a book. Back veranda with large outdoor setting and outdoor shower.
Kitchen: Everything you need - Large fridge, microwave, oven/stove/grill, toaster, kettle, bread maker, cooking utensils and saucepans, crockery, cutlery, plastic plates/cups for kids. Reverse cycle split system air conditioner in main living area, fan in main bedroom, wood fire heater in back room. Iron and mini ironing board.
All mattresses have protectors. Quilts, pillows and blankets supplied. Sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and towels available for a fee on request. 2 x TV's, DVD player (plus DVD's), Xbox (plus games), Apple TV to hotspot in to your phone for Netflix etc, as no wifi. Toilet rolls and basic soap provided.
Minimum stay - 2 nights.
Small pets (maximum 2) allowed on approval only.
To provide our guests with a relaxing coastal vibe, this house has been decorated with pieces, such as shells, that may be enticing for little fingers. Guests with young children are encouraged to move and secure these items out of children's reach and return to original location prior to departing. Any damaged or missing items (including Xbox games & DVD's) will be charged to guests.
