Positive: The apartments are well located. You cross the bridge and find yourself in the heart of the city. The view from the window is pleasant. Everything in the flat is neat and you can see that it was made with love. Conveniently, there is a parking, although there are sometimes problems with it. Neighbours put their cars in other people's places, but we were helped to solve this problem.

As already noted, there was a mistake made when building the toilet ;) My height is 1.86 - I have to be resourceful to use it). But in general it is possible, the main thing is to be ready for it. There is no A/C in the flat, so in the heat you have to open the windows at night. But because of this it can be noisy.
