Situated on the Camino de Ronda, between Sant Feliu and San Pol, where the pines end over the sea, this property will allow us to enjoy the tranquility of a unique landscape, wake up in the morning to the sound of the waves, and relax in one of its spaces.
With a large plot, it has 320m2 built, with very spacious rooms and kitchens tastefully decorated, large windows, plenty of natural light, and distributed over 3 floors connected by stairs or an elevator. The distribution is as follows:
- 1st floor: It is the pool area. Located on a large terrace, with a porch and barbecue, the sea views from here are spectacular. The kitchen on this floor is beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped. Next to it, there is a large living room with a bar area.
- 2nd floor: It also has an impressive, equipped, spacious, and comfortable kitchen with a breakfast or dining area and direct access to one of the terraces.
