Small house on the ground floor renovated in a very quiet and central area, less than 5 minutes walk to the Plaza de Sóller and a few meters away has a supermarket and some restaurants.
It is the ideal property for a couple holiday. It has a bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped dining room and high standing furniture. It has a small terrace that gives access to the pool (shared with just one more property). It also has baby equipment (if ordered in advance)
We offer free wifi, television with international channels, supply of bed linen and towels, air conditioning and one of the most important things in Sóller ... since parking for free in Sóller is almost impossible, therefore; We offer a free garage 30 meters from the property for your entire stay. A few minutes from the property there are train, tram, bus and taxi stops.

Summary: First and foremost we had a lovely holiday in Soller and this was an ideal base for many of our walks out into the Tramuntana, especially being able to soak our feet in the pool on our return. The apartment itself is ok and the views of the surrounding hills delightful. However we didn’t get quite the experience of other reviewers. While the apartment served our needs, some of the fixtures and fittings felt in need of a refresh, especially in the bathroom, while the bed is soft and doughy which is appreciated by some but not all. Also, note that there are two other apartments in this block, both of which were occupied during our stay and both could access the pool, which meant considerable competition for sun loungers. An awning over the balcony would have improved our options as it was often too hot to sit there. Our overriding memory of this holiday was very positive and the above didn’t harm that impression but addressing them could have increased the number of stars.
