The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large round table with four chairs and atmospheric lighting. A lounge sofa on the adjoining terrace lets you relax and enjoy the views of the mountains and golf course.
There is a stunning roof terrace with amazing views of Chipmunk Mountain, the golf course and surrounding mountains, you can enjoy all day long sun with a sofa/chairs for relaxing and 4 sun loungers.
The compact kitchen is equipped with crockery and glassware, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and various kitchen appliances, grill, toaster, dolce gusto coffee machine and kettle. A washing machine/tumble dryer is housed in the utility room.
The master bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. Fine bedding, pillows and plaids complete the rooms. Each modern bathroom is furnished with a spacious sink, toilet, and showers, hair dryer and shower essentials. This apartment caters to your every need: air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, a safe, free WiFi, a TV system with numerous channels, movies and box sets which are in English and in several other languages.
