Summary: The only positive is that Alma, the owner, was very easy to get in touch with & responded very quickly. The property is in a VERY sketchy location. Afraid for our kids. It’s says “no smoking”, but as soon as you enter the property that’s all you smell. They tried to cover it up with perfume or air freshener spray (Reminded me of my grandma’s place). Had to wash all of our clothes, bags & pillows when we returned due to the smoke smell. Bed near the kitchen was dirty. Hair & lipstick stains in & on the sheets. Towels in bathroom had hair on them. Kitchen island was damaged & leaning badly. Tried to use the garage to park one of our 2 cars late on a Sat night, but unable to access it because another car was parked down the middle of it. Highly recommend finding another location to use.
