Up to 2 DOGS may be considered outside of July & August on an individual basis, pre-approval in advance is necessary. No large, aggressive or noisy dogs allowed. This is perfect for families, girls trip, mature guys trips, couples. This is not a party place or event rental, only exceptions being explicitly granted by myself. Space for 3 vehicles only. You will love standing in the living room at high tide seeing nothing but water below & at low tide seeing sand as far as your eyes can see.
