The living area is spacious, bright and airy with hardwood oak flooring and large French windows opening onto the terrace with spectacular sea views to the beautiful Kvarner Bay and large heated swimming pool. The room further contains a formal dining area adjacent to the fully equipped and spacious designer kitchen with large table. . Next to the kitchen and the dining area there is space for outside dining overlooking the lawn and beautiful Adriatic, inclusive of barbecue facilities. All bedrooms are air conditioned and feature hard wooden floors and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom with super king size bed is located on the first floor and gives direct access to it's en-suitebathroom with bathtub and shower and walk in closet. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs, and benefit from beautiful panorama sea views, access to the balcony as well private bathrooms with bath tubs and double sinks. . Located on the lower floor there is a relax area and gym equipment. Here you will also find the laundry room. A garage for 2 cars and parking spaces complete this property. Villa is located in a secure residential domain 600m walking distance from the closest public beach and 1 from the closest beach club. Restaurants and bars can be found all over the Crikvenica, which is only 22 km from Rijeka airport and 160 km from Zagreb airport.
