The expansive 5,400+ sq ft of living space includes 7 bedrooms (1 on 1st Fl, 4 on 2nd Fl, 1 on 3rd Fl, and 1 in finished basement), 5 full baths (2 on 1st Fl, 2 on 2nd Fl, 1 in finished basement). Enjoy a unique dinning experience with views to the stars from our barn dinning room, which can host 12 easily for dinner. This is a property where you can have your privacy, space to spread out and access to the beach all in one. Trust us when we say this house is both gorgeous and unique!
This historic home is situated on 6 private acres and offers large gathering rooms including an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room, library, and game room. Modern amenities include central A/C, radiant floor heating, Wi-Fi throughout.
Lastly we have created a great outdoor living and eating experience to host small gatherings in our late 1600s barn, complete with dinning, barbecue, lounging for 10-12.
