Two story, 2 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 1/2 bath villa located on 7th fairway of Brigantine course in beautiful Shipyards. Updated and fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook (seating for four). Additional dining seating off the kitchen for six. The living room accommodates six comfortably with back door access to outdoor living space. Half bath on first floor. Plenty of board games and puzzles to enjoy. Bedrooms located on 2nd floor. Master BR with king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and cable TV. Second bedroom overlooks golf course, comfortably accommodates two queen beds (sleeps 4), private bath with a walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. Screen doors (front & back) allow breeze to pass through Villa on cooler days. Enjoy morning coffee, an adult beverage or a meal on partially covered new Trex deck while watching golfers and enjoying the tranquility Evian has to offer. A short walk to lagoon where you can sit on the Adirondack chairs and enjoy the wildlife or visit the newly rebuilt gazebo. A two minute walk to free tennis, pickleball, and swimming pool. Five minute bike ride to beach (10 minute walk) or use the seasonal trolley (fees apply) to Shipyard beach (marker 72) where you will find the beautiful beaches Hilton Head is known for. Two beach chairs included for your use. Restrooms and showers to rinse off sand after spending the day at the beach are available at the Shipyard Boardwalk.
