Positive: The hosts were friendly and helpful, we met inside the previously agreed time window. The apartment was recently refurbished (or looks like that) all equipement is like new. Fully loaded with alll the kitchen stuff, plates , pots etc. Spacious living room/kitchen and the bedroom also big enough. 1 min walk to town centre to find loads of good restaurants (advance booking required if you want to stay in outside garden). Close to the castline too.
