Just 10 minutes walk you can get to the center of Nicolosi, or to the Pineta, where you can spend a relaxing moment among the pines and where there is also placed "The Adventure Park", for children and teenagers.
It is particularly suitable for groups and families with children, fully equipped even for small children with everything you need as cots, high chairs, many outdoor spaces and a large playground.
The villa is elevated on 2 floors, annexed to it, on the garden there are 3 chalets.

3 identical chalets, consisting of a bedroom with a single bed + a double bed and a private bathroom.
They are available to guests: a panoramic veranda with 20 seats to have lunch or dinner together. From the veranda you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf of Catania on one side and Mount Etna on the other. In addition, the villa is equipped with: kitchen, living room, dining room and, in the tennis-pool area, a changing room with shower and toilet. Finally the outdoor spaces: the gardens, the barbecue area and a large terrace with a view.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV and bathroom.
CONDITIONS:
Upon arrival, the following will be requested from the client:
Identity documents;
Security deposit by issuing credit card data;
Payment of the tourist tax.
No smoking, any smoke inside the premises will be considered damage with consequent security deposit.
