Come and enjoy the peace and serenity offered at this mountaintop chateau, hosting a retired racehorse named Gleason for your viewing pleasure. Experience the hoofbeats on the grass in the morning as he charges to the barn for his morning feed, while the sunrise is viewed from the living room. Gleason still actively shows in the summer as he is 8 years old, and you may catch one of his daily training sessions, which consists of flatwork and jumping. There are panoramic views of the farm in all rooms of the house. Enjoy tranquil dinners on the 24x36 wrap around deck.
There are many activities are less than a 45 minute drive, Prince Gallitzin state park is only 10 minutes away, Rock Run ATV Park is a less than 10 minute drive, there are a number of breweries and wineries within 20 minutes. Our area has also been blessed with a new Equestrian Center located in West Decatur, PA, less a 25 minute drive. They will be hosting a variety of activities. Additionally, there is ATV trail access from the farm!
