Adjacent to the great room is a beautiful screened porch with mahogany floors, another wood-burning fireplace, and custom Adirondack furniture. Or step outside to the expansive deck overlooking the backyard, and equipped with a fire table, comfortable lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a picnic table—perfect for entertaining.
The first-floor master bedroom features a private stone wood-burning fireplace and direct access to the screened porch, along with a brand-new, expansive marble bathroom.
Upper Level Up the handcrafted wood staircase, the upper level includes two private suites, each on opposite sides of the balcony loft. The loft features a cozy sitting area and reading nook—ideal for relaxing with a good book and enjoying screened winter views of Lake Placid.
Lower Level The lower level offers a family/game room with a comfortable sectional sofa, gas fireplace, 75” LG TV with Xbox, and a Brunswick air hockey table. A fully outfitted gym with commercial equipment and two ensuite bedrooms enhance the appeal.
Glass doors lead to a beautifully landscaped, private backyard and a covered, year-round six-person hot tub.
