Summary: Although our accommodations were quite adequate, there were several experiences that made us feel like perhaps we were first time guests for these owners. We received a text 1 hour before our check in time telling us that we were being upgraded to a room with only one queen bed instead of the one we had booked which advertised that it had 2 queen beds because they had accidentally double booked. We were assured we would like this one better because we would have a nice queen size bed rather than the other one which had 2 queen air mattresses (which definitely would not have been acceptable to us!) We arrived when it was almost dark and had trouble finding the entrance because it was located and attached behind a nice personal residence . The only pillows on the bed were decorative shams that matched the comforter and we each only received one bath towel and a hand towel to share. There was no TV in the room and when we opened the dresser drawers, there were personal items and clothing in many of them. We literally felt like perhaps someone had given up their accommodations in haste because they needed to make room for us! I do want to note that when we requested extra pillows and towels, the hosts were very accommodating and brought them to us. The bathroom was very clean and had a very luxurious shower which we thoroughly enjoyed and the bed was comfortable. This could be a very nice VRBO, but the owners definitely need to step up their game!
