Positive: Property was spotlessly clean and staff were absolutely lovely - could not have been more kind or welcoming.
Negative: The location is on a busy main road and outdoor space is very limited for a big group of people. The neighbour (adjoining) was complaining about our dogs barking and even took a video of them to send to our host. There was a note in the spa bathroom requesting that guests kept the noise down - presumably again due to complaints from next door - and we were all cautious about making any noise. We got the feeling the neighbours is not happy with the property being let to holidaymakers. In spite of this we did our best to ignore the unwelcoming neighbours and had a pleasant stay making the most of our time spending a special reunion of a thirtieth wedding anniversary. Cannot praise the hosts enough for the efforts they have put into the property and their welcome.
