Summary: The place must be brand new. There were no glasses, no silverware, no towels, no kitchen knives, some missing sheets, disposal didn't work (we couldn't use that side of the kitchen sink), fire alarm battery was low so that beeped all night our first night, bedrooms were minimally furnished with beds and one cheap night stand each (no dressers, chairs, or anything else in bedrooms), a small kitchen dining table for 4, no other dining areas, and only sets of 4 of coffee cups, plates, and bowels despite the place ostensibly being able to sleep 8. The bathtubs were gross (hair in one; ring around the tub in the other). All the palmtrees appeared dead except 2. Construction site next door for perhaps a strip mall? The property manager was defiant about the state of the place, trying to convince me that the sets of 4 plates etc. should be fine, we could get paper plates and cups, and that cutlery "is not part of the listing." He eventually delivered some cutlery and glasses in boxes (we had to open and clean and put them away ourselves of course), and we ended up changing the fire alarm battery ourselves (you're welcome, host). It worked for us for sleeping eventually but nothing else. Not recommended as we experienced it, and zero confidence in the host to make things right if anything is wrong.
