Cottages' Park Ave Cottage is a beautifully decorated and newly remodeled 3 bedroom/2 bath home featuring elegantly rustic farmhouse decor and amenities. Wonderfully located just a couple of blocks South of 287. We're just about a mile from everywhere in town! If you’re missing a little bit of city life, Wichita Falls or Vernon is just a short drive away!
Bedrooms:
You'll sleep soundly in the three high quality queen beds with warm, breathable, and comfortable bedding. Each room is equipped with blackout curtains to keep rooms nice and dark! You can stay entertained because each bedroom is equipped with 32" Roku Smart TV with Guest Mode.
Kitchen:
The wonderful open floor plan kitchen overlooks the living room is perfect for conversing or watching your favorite program on the living room's 65" Roku Smart TV equipped with Guest Mode. Beautiful appliances give the kitchen a beautiful clean look. A six place setting rustic kitchen table is great for providing extra counter space and a space for a family meal. Enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates at any time.
