Positive: Well located and facility has many amenities. Room is large and balcony was very appreciated. Room was clean.
Negative: Elevators take forever. Not enough soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, etc Tennis courts rarely available. Pool is not heated. Beach access includes chairs and umbrellas but had to wait 40+ minutes for them.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay but be aware of the limitations with the hotel is managed
