Located in San Felipe's most desired community - El Dorado Ranch, this three bedroom three and one half bath vacation rental condo is a great choice when it's time to get away from it all.
Enter the main entrance and you're welcomed by high ceilings and a two level open floor plan. Other entrances include from the attached garage or from the patio.
There are two living rooms, one on each floor. Each living room is nicely furnished with comfort in mind. A flat screen TV in the living room is the place to hangout with family or friends and catch up on your favorite sports show or watch a movie. The Satellite TV connection ensures you never have to miss an episode of your favorite TV programs.
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a queen bed.
Upstairs, in addition to the second living room is the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen island has two bar stools which is great for catching a quick meal or entertaining the vacation chef while preparing meals.
The master bedroom is grandiose. A king size bed, walk-in closet, jetted whirlpool bath tub, shower, his and her sink, are just some of the amenities you'll be enjoying when you rent this vacation condo. The master bedroom has an outdoor patio with beautiful views of the golf course and beach.
The three bedrooms sleep six guests comfortably. Sleeping arrangement is provided for two more guests courtesy of the pull-out-queen-sofa-bed in the living room.
Need to entertain outdoor? Well, you're in luck. An outdoor patio with a large table and comfortable cushioned chairs is the place to host. With the golf course and beach as backdrop, it doesn't get any better.
A three car attached garage provides ample parking space for your cars and quads.

- This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
- If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
- Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 5PM. If you arrive after 5PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional. A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival.
NOTE: Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar. If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles, you will be required to park them at a secure location by the gate at an additional cost of $10 per day. Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.
