Villa Eidothea is a modern villa of 400 sq.m built in a 4500 sq.m plot on the top of a hill in the beautiful area of Korakia, in Porto Heli Argolis. The villa boasts a breathtaking sea view of the Myrtoan Sea and of the island of Spetses, but also a splendid Mediterranean garden, so beautifully landscaped and so well maintained that complements perfectly the already spectacular landscape of the area, making it a pure delight to the eyes. The villa itself is built on three levels. The ground floor level is where an impressive entrance with a beautiful mosaic doorstep allows the access to the spacious living area with a big bookcase, a smaller sitting area right next, but also the open plan and fully equipped kitchen, while the best part of this space is the unobstructed view to the sea through big-paneled sliding doors, allowing a direct access to the terrace and the pool area. On the same level there is also the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, as well as a guest’s WC.
A connecting door, leads to an adjacent apartment featuring an open plan small kitchen and a sitting area, while a staircase gives access to the 1st floor, where the guests will find another 2 bedrooms, both with stunning sea view, as well as a shared bathroom. On the lowest level of the villa are found the staff quarters and the service rooms, along with a spacious closed parking space, also used as a storage.
Also on the lowel level there are 2 extra bedrooms, one with a double and one with twin beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
On the outdoor spaces, there is a spacious terrace with a dining table and an outdoor fireplace overlooking the pool area with the sunbeds and the parasols, but also the blue of the horizon and the Myrtoan Sea. In addition to the main house, there is an elevated independent guest room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
